The Executive Board of Lumbini International Academy of Science and Technology (LIAST) represents a diverse and distinguished group of professionals dedicated to steering the institution toward academic excellence and holistic growth. Each member brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and vision, making LIAST a beacon of higher education in Nepal.

• Patron: Prof. Mahesh Kumar Upadhaya Former Vice-Chancellor of Tribhuvan University, Prof. Upadhaya serves as a guiding figure for the academy, ensuring a strong foundation for its educational mission.
• Chairman: DR Ghimire
• Member Secretary: Prof. Dr. K. R. Dahal Former Chairperson of the Lumbini Engineering Association in Butwal and a previous Head of Department at Kantipur Engineering College, Prof. Dahal plays a crucial role in aligning LIAST’s academic endeavors with global standards.

Board Members

• Ms. Bunu Dhakal: Former Lecturer at Mani Mukunda Campus, Butwal, she contributes her expertise in education and curriculum development.
• Mr. Ram Pd. Bhattarai: A seasoned educator and former Campus Chief at RR Campus, Mr. Bhattarai provides valuable insight into institutional management.
• Ms. Bini Sharma: A dedicated teacher, Ms. Sharma enriches the board with her commitment to student success and academic rigor. Prof. Dr. Nara Bikram Thapa: Former Director of ActionAid Nepal, Dr. Thapa brings a wealth of knowledge in sustainable development and leadership.
• Er. Ayodhya Shrestha: Former Director of the Department of Roads, Nepal, Er. Shrestha adds his expertise in infrastructure and engineering.
